The annual meeting of the membership of the Kona Kai Landowner's Association is scheduled by a majority vote of the Board of Directors
as outlined in the By-Laws of the association, Article VIII, Section 1.
After that vote takes place, an announcement is made via E-Mail and regular mail to each member.
The scheduled date for thee 2012 Meeting has not yet been set,
but it usually occurs after the first quarther of the year.
