Board members are elected annually, (2) on even years and (3) on odd years, each for a two (2) year term.
At the 2012 annual meeting (2) board members will be up for election.
Note! Only President and Vice President are required to be board members.
Officer positions are filled by agreement of the newly elected Bord of Directors 1st meeting.
