Over the last several months there has been a number of complaints of break-ins or attempted break-ins. There have been reports of stolen outdoor furniture and boat gear that was locked up in the downstairs area. Neighboring houses also had signs of would be robbers attempting to kick in the access door to the downstairs area. Fortunately, damage in this instance was confined to the jamb and the door held fast.
Please let the association know if you are aware of similar situations. We will try to help in any way we can to assist Law Enforcement personnel.
